Once you’ve paid for your errand, we’ll be in touch to arrange a suitable time to complete it. If you have a strict deadline (today, tomorrow) or require a specific date or time, please email us beforehand to check our availability.
If you pay for a set amount of time and the errand takes longer to complete, any additional time will be charged accordingly.
Business customers are welcome to apply for a monthly account for added convenience.
